The BizzyBook calendar supports services, capacity and planned occupancy time. Your booking horizon and the point when a service closes to new bookings should match your operation. Prepare weekday, weekend and special-day rules for the demonstration.

Choose how to confirm

Manual approval can be used when your team needs to confirm a request. Customisable confirmations and reminders support guests. Check the channels and any SMS charges in your offer: a subscription and message costs are different items.

Connect Google, your site and groups

BizzyBook is listed among Reserve with Google partners. Activation remains subject to the conditions for your business. Group enquiries are an additional WIN option; a group request is not an automatically confirmed Google reservation.

Prepare a software change

Ask your existing provider about cancellation and exports. List future reservations, access rights, connected channels and data that can actually be transferred. Agree a switch date, check duplicates and test the new journey before removing the old one. We do not promise universal imports.
