Choosing an alternative: compare the service behind the button.

Compare each channel separately

A direct booking through your website, a Google booking and a guest brought by a discovery platform may have different terms. Separate commission per reservation, subscription, payment fees, SMS and support costs.

Zenchef and historical brands

Zenchef is the official spelling, sometimes searched as ‘Zen Chef’. It describes a booking widget and Google connection. Resengo and Tablebooker have joined its ecosystem. Do not count these names as three independent groups. Check the current Belgian offer and migration terms for your contract.

TheFork, formerly LaFourchette

TheFork combines management tools with discovery channels. LaFourchette is its former name. Its official information says Google bookings are commission-free and included in the subscription; this does not establish the terms of every other channel. Request a quote for your restaurant.

Other relevant options in Belgium

Barestho offers reservations and restaurant websites. Click-a-Table presents a Belgian tool with website and Google integration. TableFever also describes Reserve with Google. The integration is not exclusive to BizzyBook. These are documented examples, not an exhaustive market survey or a quality ranking.

Where does BizzyBook fit?

Depending on your quote, BizzyBook by BXLOVE brings together the CONNECT website, WIN reservations, optional groups, BOOST and Bernard’s human support. Compare deliverables, responsibilities and exit terms. This does not imply that other providers lack websites, marketing or human assistance.

Your checklist before signing

Request a mobile demo for an actual service; list channels and fees; check contract length and cancellation; discuss exports and future bookings; test reminders, languages and cancellation; establish who configures and supports the switch. Compare written quotes with matching scope.
