BXLOVE ASBL handles enquiries you send to Bernard by phone, email or WhatsApp to reply, understand your project and prepare a proposal. Depending on the enquiry, the basis is the pre-contractual steps you request or the legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. The contact form asks for first name, last name, email, selected services and a message to handle your enquiry. Email delivery only becomes active after a sending service is configured; no sending success is shown without technical confirmation of processing.
Correspondence is kept while your enquiry is followed up and, if a contract results, according to applicable management, evidence and retention duties. Communication and hosting providers may process technical data, potentially outside the European Economic Area under their terms. Exclusively European storage is not guaranteed.
Fonts, images and scripts are hosted with this website. No advertising pixel, analytics tool, iframe or social embed is added. Only notice dismissal is stored in sessionStorage, key bizzybook-cookie-info, until the session ends. This activates no tracking. External links open at your request and follow their providers’ policies.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection for legitimate interest and portability where their conditions apply: bernardfrisque@hotmail.com. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Rights depend on the processing and legal obligations. The existing booking service retains its own terms and privacy information.
To avoid asking for the same information again, service choices, demo, example and the two preparation answers are stored in sessionStorage (bizzybook-context). Your form draft stays in bizzybook-contact-draft until the session ends or sending succeeds. The shareable passport contains no name, email, phone number or private message. Private contact data is not placed in a public URL. No external calendar is loaded automatically.
